Green Thirteen’s “Party Like a Rock Star” Terms & Conditions
On Sunday, December 13, 2009 Green Thirteen will draw one winner from their email list to win a free private performance by the Green Thirteen acoustic trio. The winner must be 21 years or older and actively on the Green Thirteen email list. The winner will be notified by email within a week and arrangements can be made for the performance. Green Thirteen will travel within the Chicago or NW Indiana area to provide the performance. If the event is to be held outside the Chicago or NW Indiana area, the winner will cover all additional fees incurred to reach the intended destination.

The venue or performance area must be appropriate and adequate for a live performance set up as determined by Green Thirteen. Green Thirteen will provide all equipment necessary to facilitate the performance within the Chicago or NW Indiana area. If the performance is outside the Chicago or NW Indiana area, winner is responsible for any related equipment rental costs involved. Any required insurance or venue expenses will be the responsibility of the winner.
The performance can be scheduled on any open date in Green Thirteen’s schedule between January 6th & March 31st, 2010. The scheduled performance must be private, fund raising or non-profit in nature. Any “for profit” events are not eligible for the free Green Thirteen performance and if the scheduled event is determined to be for profit, winner will be assessed and billed for the performance and responsible for payment within the full extent of Illinois law.
If the winner would like the full band for their party, arrangements can be made and winner will be responsible for any minimal fees associated with the adding on of additional performers which can be determined and agreed upon in advance.
The winner is expected to have a great time and “Party Like a Rock Star” at this event and Green Thirteen will do everything in it’s power to make sure they do.
